By installing, accessing, or using AI BULK SEO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI BULK SEO is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered SEO optimization services for e-commerce stores, including:

• Automated product title and description optimization
• Keyword research and suggestions
• SEO performance analytics and reporting
• Bulk optimization tools for product catalogs

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the security of your Shopify store credentials

4. Billing and Payments

Billing terms:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with AI BULK SEO. You retain ownership of your store data and content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BULK SEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

• You may uninstall the App from your Shopify store
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
